STEP : 1
These are simple 11 ingredients required to make the Bakre ke gurde ka salan in the home.

First step you need to chopped the following ingredients like Onions; Tomato; gurde; and green chilles and soak the Fenugreek leaves in the water as shown

Next step you need to take the pressure cooker and put it on the stove and heat it and add the oil in it as shown

After heating the oil you need to add the above chopped Onion slices in the pressure cooker as shown and cook for few minutes

Next you need to add the one big table spoon of ginger garlic paste in the pressure cooker

Next you need to add the half table spoon of salt or as per the taste in the dish and cook for few minutes

Next you need to add chopped tomatoes in the pressure cooker and mix it well and cook for few minutes

Next you need to add the one table spoon of red chilli powder in the pressure cooker

Next you need to add the half table spoon of turmeric powder in the pressure cooker and mix it and cook for few minutes

Next you need to add the the washed Bakre ke gurde in the pressure cooker and mix it and cover the upper lid and cook for 3 to 4 whistles.

After the whistles complete open the pressure cooker and you need to add the chopped green chilles and coriander leaves in the pressure cooker

Next you need to add the one glass of water in the pressure cooker and mix it well and cook for few minutes

Next you need to add the washed Fenugreek leaves in the pressure cooker as shown and mix it and cook for few minutes and switch off the stove

Now the Bakre ke gurde ka salan is ready you can serve to the family members and enjoy it.
