This Andhra style Mutton Liver Fry is a traditional tasty non-veg item loved by many. it is a good form of Iron intake. As it is a fry item it is loved by kids to eat as a side dish with rice and gravy items.

Take a vessel with water , add some turmeric to it and clean the liver pieces in it and keep them aside

Take the Ginger piece. clean it well and cut it into small pieces and put them in the mixie jar

take the garlic cloves, remove the cover and put them also in the mixie jar along with the ginger pieces

Grind the ginger and garlic pieces together to make a paste. add a little water if needed to make a paste

Peel the onion and cut them into small pieces. Chop green chillies and coriander also and keep them aside

Switch on the stove , put a kadai on it and add 3 tablespoons of oil to it

After the oil is heated add one table spoon of jeera to it and let it fry.

Cook the liver pieces in low flame for 5 minutes or until the oil separates. Now add 3/4 table spoon of red chilli powder to the fry and mix it
