This is a spicy and yummy mutton liver dish. It is salty and tangy and is best consumed with Lachha Paratha. The mutton liver has to be pre boiled to make this dish. The liver is very nutritiious in itself.

Mutton liver dry masala

Take the mutton liver pieces and wash it very well and cut them into small pieces so that they can be very easily boiled.
