Take the mutton liver pieces and wash it very well and cut them into small pieces so that they can be very easily boiled.

Add some water in a pressure cooker and bring it to boil and add salt and turmeric. Add the chopped mutton liver and cook it for 15 minutes so that the liver is boiled.

Chop the onion into long pieces. Peel the garlic and chop the ginger into long pieces. Chop the tomato into small cubes. Slit the green chili.

After the mutton liver has been boiled take it out from the pressure cooker and let it cool and keep it in a bowl along with the extra water.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the onion and garlic to the same and deep fry them very well till the onion softens and turns golden brown.

To the onion and garlic above add the green chili, ginger and tomato to the same and let it cook and soften for 45 minutes.

Add the potato cubes to the mixture above and let it fry in the heat so that the potato is cooked well.

Add the salt, sugar, black pepper powder and turmeric to the mixture and cook it well for about 5 minutes.

Add the boiled mutton liver along with the water to the mixture above and cook thoroughly in simmer so that all of the ingredients blend well. Cook till the potatoes are boiled and the water is completely drained. The dry dish is ready to be served after garnishing with coriander leaves.
