One of the high protein dish , this looks utterly delicious and highly flavorful! The mutton is unique in taste and consisting essential nutrients like vitamins , minerals , iron and highly loaded with protein , it's kind of red meat actually low in cholesterol and calories healthier than other meats. Most satisfying dish, i have made this today and came out very well. My family members were really enjoyed it, I think mutton biriyani is the best combo for this dish, it can be served with pulao and we can use this as a stuffing for rotti, chapathi and puffs. keep posting , thanks for sharing this with us. The presentation was beautiful and neat. Hats off to your effort and innovation....
