STEP : 1
Take the kabuli chana and wash it and soak it overnight in adequate amount of water. Boil the chana in pressure cooker for 8-10 minutes.

Take 2 onions and peel it well. Peel the garlic Make a paste from the ginger Set aside the green chili These all ingredients will be mashed in a grinder.

Take the potato, peel it and then wash it and cut it into small sized cubes which will be put in the chana keema masala.

Heat oil in a sauce pan and add the potato cubes to the same. Deep fry the potatoes till they turn golden brown. Set aside the potato after frying.

Make a paste from the ingredients in step 2. Add the mixture to the hot oil and fry them well. Add some salt and mix it well.
STEP : 6
Wash the mutton keema very well and the mutton fat as shown in the image. Set it aside to be cooked with the mixture.

Take the keema from step 6 and add it tot he masala mixture which was fried in step 5. Add the turmeric powder and mix it well with the masala.

Add the tomato sauce and beaten yogurt which was a part of the ingredient. Mix it very well with the keema.
STEP : 9
Cook the keema and the masala in simmer for 4-5 minutes so that the mixture reaches an uniform consistency. Stir it continuously. Add the fried potatoes and mix it well.
STEP : 10
Add the boiled kabuli chana to the mixture above and mix it thoroughly. Cook for 10 minutes, you can sprinkle some water so that it does not stick to the bottom. Once all the ingredients blend well and the potato and keema are softened the dish is ready to be served.
