- 0.50 kg mutton
- 0.25 kg potato
- 0.25 kg onion
- 4.00 nos red chili
- 1.00 tbsp ginger
- 1.00 nos garlic
- 1.00 tbsp garam masala
- 1.00 tbsp mutton masala
- 0.50 tbsp kashmiri mirch
- 1.00 tbsp salt
- 0.50 tbsp turmeric powder
- 0.50 cup oil
Instructions
Mutton Jhol Recipe
- Potato,onion,ginger,garlic,garam masala red chili all those things bring together and keep aside hen take the mutton and add the mutton masala and red chili powder.
- Hot a pan and add some oil in it then add the potato,some salt and some turmeric powder in it then fry the potato properly.
- Paste the onion,ginger,garlic and dried red chili together smoothly by the grinder and keep aside for cooking the mutton tel jhal.
- Then hot a pan and add some oil in it when the oil become hot add the masala paste and the mutton.
- Then cook the mutton and masala for fifteen minutes in high flame then add he salt and turmeric powder and cook it for five minutes in low flame.
- Then add the potato and garam masala in to the mutton and cook for five minutes in low flame then add some water in it and cook till the recipe is ready to eat.
- Then stand for few minutes and serve hot in a serving bowl for eating. Serve this recipe with hot roti or hot paratha or any rice item.
