Delicacy And Spicy Homemade Dish For Mutton Head Curry At Lunch
Mutton head curry is very tasty and healthy dish. It is the best spicy gravy item. It is very easy to cooked at home. All age people loved this curry recipe. It is serve with rice.
Ingredients
Mutton Head Curry
- 0.50 kg Mutton head
- 1.00 cup onion
- 1.00 tbsp ginger
- 1.00 tbsp garlic
- 0.50 cup tomato
- 0.25 kg mutton brain
- 1.00 tbsp coriander powder
- 1.00 tbsp chilly powder
- 0.25 tbsp turmeric powder
- 0.25 tbsp pepper powder
- 0.25 mg cardamom
- 0.25 mg clove
- 0.25 mg pepper
- 0.25 mg cinnamon
- 1.00 tbsp oil
- 0.25 tbsp curry leaves
- 1.00 tbsp coriander leaves
- 0.25 tbsp salt
Instructions
Mutton Head Curry
- At first we need to clean the mutton head very well and then drain off the excess water and keep it aside.
- Then we can make the ingredients aside, slice the onion, tomato and make a paste of ginger garlic. then heat a pressure cooker and add oil to it, when its hot add the spices like clove, cardamom etc to it and then stir well and add onion to it.
- Then stir it well, then add some curry leaves ,ginger garlic paste and saute it well. it should be in low flame.
- When its nicely brawn add tomato and mix it well , when it becomes translucent add the chilly powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder to it.
- Mix all the powders well and add some salt also , then stir it well continuously and wait for about two minutes.
- when we get a roasted smell of the powders and masala add the mutton head pieces to it and mix it well.
- Then add little water and then close the pressure cooker and wait for three to four visils, then open it and if its cooked add the mutton brain to it.
- now no need to close the cooker, brain will get cooked within five minutes or less just keep the flame low. pour some pepper powder to it mix it well. when the oil gets separated and its nicely cooked.
- check the salt is correct or not , you can add if needed, then pour some coriander leaves and off the flame.
- now our dish called mutton thala roast is ready to serve ,transfer it to the serving plate and take it along with appam, parotta ,bread etc.
