This is a dish which can be made easily using egg and this can be taken along with Appam, puttu, chappathi and many dishes this we usually take as breakfast curry, this is very spicy and tasty curry ,we are not boiling egg in this.

Ingredients
  

Muttai Kulambu

  • 0.25 kg Egg
  • 1.00 cup onion
  • 0.50 cup tomato
  • 0.50 tbsp ginger
  • 0.50 tbsp red chilly powder
  • 0.25 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1.00 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 0.25 tbsp salt
  • 1.00 cup water
  • 0.25 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 0.25 tbsp garlic
  • 0.25 nos green chilly

Instructions

  • Heat a pan or Kadai and pour oil when it is hot ,mean while chop the onion and ginger garlic tomato

  • Then add onion, ginger ,garlic to the hot oil and add green chilly also. Stir well and let it brawn and cooked

  • Then add tomato to it stir well and close the pan,keep in low flame. When it’s nicely sauted pour some coriander seeds and powders to it

  • Saute everything well And wait for two minutes so that the masalas get cooked well ,it should be in low flame

  • Then pour two cups of water to it and when it boils add salt and coconut powder to it ,stir it well

  • When it again boils , carefully add eggs to it , notice that eggs won’t touch each other and don’t stir after adding eggs

  • Then close the pan and keep in low flame ,wait for ten minutes or until the egg gets cooked well. Then pour some coriander leaves and off the flame
