Steamed muthia is famous gujarathi recipe and it is a healthy and yummy snack for all group age people , it is also known as doodhi muthia can have these delicious at your tea time , it contains all type of spices with different taste.

Ingredients of Muthia

1.00 no Bottle guard or lauki
1.50 cup Wheat flour
0.50 cup Gram flour
0.50 cup Coriander leaves
1.00 tbsp Red chilli powder
1.00 tbsp Coriander powder
0.50 tbsp Turmeric powder
0.50 tbsp Cumin seeds powder
0.50 tbsp Black pepper powder
0.25 tbsp Baking soda
0.50 no Lemon
6.00 tbsp Oil
1.00 tbsp Ginger green chilli paste
0.50 tbsp Mustard seeds
2.00 tbsp White sesame seeds
6.00 no Curry leaves
2.00 no Red chillies
1.00 tbsp Salt

Muthia

The key ingredients to prepare steamed muthias ,we need lauki,gramflour,wheat flour,coriander leaves,red chilli powder,coriander powder ,cumin seeds powder,black pepper powder,lemon juice,curry leaves,sesame seeds,baking soda,turmeric powder,red chilli ,ginger and green chilli paste and oil.
