Ingredients of Mushroom tikka
STEP : 1
Chop the onion and bell pepper into flat slices as shown in the image. They have to be saute in the oil to form a semi cooked vegetable.

Cut the paneer into cubes and also take the mushroom wash them and remove the stem and clean them well.
STEP : 3
Add the salt, black pepper powder and tandoori masala to the paneer and the curd and mix them well and marinate for long hours

Heat a little oil in the tawa and then add the marinated mushroom and paneer and fry them well till they are hard.
STEP : 5
Set aside the fried mushroom, paneer and the bell peppers and the onion in 2 separate bowls to form the kebab
STEP : 6
Take a tooth pick, add the green bell pepper first followed by the paneer then the yellow and red bell pepper followed by the mushroom and finally the onion. Repeat for all 4 kebabs and then it is ready to serve.
