This is a starter or a snack dish which can be served on skewers or sticks. It is a kebab or a starter item and is very tasty. It can be served with tea or coffee and is preferably served hot.

Ingredients of Mushroom tikka

4.00 no Paneer Cubes
4.00 no Mushroom
0.50 no Onion
0.50 no Bell Pepper
0.25 tbsp Salt
0.25 tbsp Tandoori Masala
0.25 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
2.00 tbsp Curd
1.00 tbsp Oil

Mushroom tikka

Chop the onion and bell pepper into flat slices as shown in the image. They have to be saute in the oil to form a semi cooked vegetable.

Add the salt, black pepper powder and tandoori masala to the paneer and the curd and mix them well and marinate for long hours

Heat a little oil in the tawa and then add the marinated mushroom and paneer and fry them well till they are hard.

Set aside the fried mushroom, paneer and the bell peppers and the onion in 2 separate bowls to form the kebab

Take a tooth pick, add the green bell pepper first followed by the paneer then the yellow and red bell pepper followed by the mushroom and finally the onion. Repeat for all 4 kebabs and then it is ready to serve.

I am not really a fan of mushroom but look at this recipe I thought of trying this one out , this dish was very unique also the recipe was very easy and simple to make also very yummy , I am definitely going to make this dish very often because it is healthy tooo because it gives a lot of protein too.
