STEP : 1
Grate the cabbage into thin slices. Cut the beans into small pieces. Chop the onion, capsicum and green chili into small pieces. Chop the mushroom into small pieces. Take the sweet corn and set it aside for cooking. Cut the paneer into small cubes.

STEP : 2
Grate the cheese into thin and small slices as shown in the image. Set aside 2 spoon full of white mayonnaise.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the cabbage slices and fry them well in the kadai so that they become softened.

Add the chopped beans into the hot oil and fry them with the cabbage till they are softened. Also add the green chili.

STEP : 5
Add the mushroom to the kadai and cook it well with the rest of the vegetables and add a pinch of salt.

Add the black pepper powder to the kadai and mix it well with all the ingredients and cook it for a minute or two.

Add the sweet corn to the kadai and mix it with the rest of the ingredients and cook it well and mix thoroughly.

Add the capsicum and mix it well with the rest of the vegetable and cook it well till the capsicum softens and is mixed well with the rest of the vegetables.

Add the paneer cubes and the onion slices and cook them with the rest of the vegetables and mix them well.

Cook all the ingredients together so that they are mixed thoroughly and blend well and all the vegetables are also boiled.

Once all the ingredients are cooked add the grated cheese to the kadai and let it melt and mix with the rest of the vegetables.
Stuffed Chapati Preparation

STEP : 1
Create a dough from the maida and make 2 thick flaky parathas out of it. Heat them in a tawa and cook them well on both the sides till they turn golden brown.

STEP : 2
After the parathas have been fried drain off the excess oil and then keep them aside in a plate for creating the taco base.

STEP : 3
Take the filling in a bowl and also the parathas that were set aside for forming the taco base to form the roll.

STEP : 4
Take the filling and place it in the center of the paratha in adequate amount as it is shown in the image.

STEP : 5
Add the mayonnaise on top of the filling of the vegetables in the taco base and it is ready to be folded now. Fold the rolls and serve it with sauce and salad.
