STEP : 1
Peel the garlic cloves and wash them well. Grate the cheese into fine thin strings using a grater. Set aside the fresh cream for making the gravy.

Take the button mushroom and wash it very well and let it dry and set it aside for chopping into thin slices

Take the spaghetti and break them across the length so that they can be easily boiled in a sauce pan of boiling water.

Add water and a pinch of salt in a saucepan and add the spaghetti and let it boil till they soften. Add a drop of oil and mix well so that the threads are not stuck to each other

Take the washed mushroom and remove the stem. Then chop them into thin slices as it is shown in the image

After the spaghetti is boiled drain off the excess water using a strainer and set it aside so that no water remains.

Heat butter in a kadai till it melts, add the garlic cloves and fry them well till they turn golden brown in color

Add the chopped mushroom to the kadai and fry them well till they become soft. Add a pinch of salt while frying.

Add the boiled spaghetti to the kadai and add some salt and sprinkle the black pepper and mix all the ingredients well.

Cook the spaghetti in simmer and add the fresh cream and mix it very well till the gravy is almost dried.

Add the grated cheese to the kadai and let it melt and mix well with the spaghetti threads. Serve hot with a topping of shredded cheese and sprinkled oregano.
