STEP : 1
Take some mushroom, baby corn, capsicum, carrot, beans, tomato, onion, garlic, ginger, cauliflower, green chili all those things bring together and keep aside.

paste the ginger garlic and onion together and keep aside, paste tomato and green chili, chop the carrot, mushroom, baby corn, capsicum, cauliflower, beans, all those things bring together and keep aside.

Hot a pan then add some oil in it, when oil become hot add the chopped cauliflower and fry this for one minute in high flame.

Then add the carrot pieces into the pan and cook it for another two minutes in low flame on the gas oven.

Then add the chopped beans in the pan and cook it for another two minutes in low flame on the gas oven.

Add the baby corn pieces into the hot oil and cook them for another two minutes in low flame on the gas oven.

Then add the capsicum pieces into the pan and cook it another two minutes in low flame on the gas oven.

Then add the mushroom pieces into the cooked vegetables and cook them for another two minutes in low flame on the gas oven.

Then add the ginger garlic and onion paste into the hot oil and cook them for another two minutes in high flame on the gas oven.

Then add the green chili and tomato paste into the cooked onion paste ginger paste and garlic paste and cook them for another two minutes in high flame.

Then add the black pepper powder into the cooked masala and cook them for another two minutes in high flame on the gas oven.

Then add the cashew nuts into the cooked masala and cook them for another two minutes in high flame on the gas oven.

Then add the fried vegetables and some salt and some sugar and cook them for another two minutes in high flame and off the gas oven.

Serve this recipe in a serving bowl for eating. Serve this recipe with hot roti or hot paratha or fried rice.
