Mushroom Rice – Most Popular Healthy And Delicious Mushroom Rice
Mushroom rice is south indian style recipe it is also rich in fibre and is very helpful to diabetics patients. This is a perfect dish for lunch,dinner and everyone loves to eat this recipe.
Ingredients
Mushroom Rice
- 1.00 cup Mushroom
- 1.00 tbsp Onions
- 1.00 tbsp Garlic
- 1.00 tbsp Ginger Pieces
- 1.50 tbsp Salt
- 4.00 tbsp Oil
- 2.00 tbsp Ghee
- 1.00 tbsp Pepper Powder
- 2.00 tbsp Spring Onions
- 2.00 tbsp Capsicum Pieces
- 1.00 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1.00 tbsp Chilly Sauce
- 1.00 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 2.00 nos Green Chilies
- 1.00 tbsp Coriander
- 1.00 tbsp Mint Leaves
- 2.00 cup Boiled Rice
Instructions
Mushroom Rice
- First of all take the bowl and take the one cup of rice and keep aside as shown in the image.
- Now take the water and wash the rice well and then add the 1 or 2 tbsp of the oil in the rice.
- Now switch on the stove and keep the pan on the stove and cook the rice until it becomes soft.
- Now take the main ingredant mushroom and clean them well once and keep athem aside as shown in the image.
- Now take the knife and cut the mushroom in to small pieces as shown in the image and keep them aside.
- After that take the ginger and wash that well and then cut the ginger in to small pieces as shown.
- Now take the garlic and peel out the outer layer and then cut them into small pieces as shown in the image.
- Now take the green chillies and cut them as long slices as shown in the image and keep them aside.
- Now take the fresh capsicum as shown in the image and cut them into small pieces and keep them aside
- After that take the spring onions and cut them into small pieces as shown in the image and keep aside.
- Now take the fresh corriander and wash that well and chopp the corriander leaves as fine as possible and keep aside.
- Now take the pan and switch on the stove and keep that pan over the stove and preheat the pan.
- Now take the one tbsp of the ghee and 4 tbsp of the oil and add that in the pan
- Now take the ginger pieces and add them in the oil and fry them well as shown in the image
- After that take the garlic pieces and add them to the fried ginger pieces as shown in the image and fry
- Now take the capsicum pieces and add them in the fried itesm and mix well and fry them slowly until they sofen.
- After that add the small onion pieces and then add the mushroom pieces in the pan and mix well.
- Now add the salt in the pieces and take the lid and keep the lid over the pan and cook.
- Now take the green chillies and add them to the fried mushroom pieces and mix well as shown in the image.
- Now take the chilly sauce and add one tbsp of the chilly sauce in the fried items and mix well.
- Now take the tamota sauce and add one tbsp of the tamota sauce in the fried items and mix well.
- Now take the soya sauce and then add one tbsp of soya sauce in the fried items and mix well.
- Now take the rice and add the boiled soft rice in the fried items and mix well once all items.
- Now take the black pepper and make it as powder and add one tbsp of the pepper powder in the rice.
- Now take the corrinader and mint and curry leaves and add them one by one in the rice as shown in the image.
- Now finally mix all well and take the serving plate and serve the tasty and delicious mushroom fried rice in the plate and garnish with the carrot.
