An all time favourite recipe adapted for the gas oven. This Mushroom pasianda make sure you make enough . mushroom and capsicum in a rich gravy. A perfect dish for Sunday Lunch when everybody is in the mood for a lavish meal before an afternoon siesta.

Ingredients of Mushroom masala

0.50 kg Mushroom
3.00 no onion
1.00 no ginger cubes
1.00 no garlic
1.00 no capsicum
0.25 tbsp red chili powder
0.25 tbsp black pepper powder
0.25 tbsp salt
2.00 tbsp oil

Mushroom masala

Take some mushroom and wash the mushroom with water and keep aside for cooking the healthy and tasty recipe mushroom pasinda .
