Ingredients of Mushroom masala
STEP : 1
Take some mushroom and wash the mushroom with water and keep aside for cooking the healthy and tasty recipe mushroom pasinda .

hot a pan then add some water and when water become boiled add the washed mushroom , when mushroom become boiled stain the water and keep aside.

Take the boiled mushroom , three onion, ginger, garlic, capsicum, red chilli powder, black pepper powder all those things bring together and keep aside .

Chop the onion, paste the ginger and garlic, chop the capsicum, boiled mushroom, red chilli powder, black pepper powder all those things bring together and keep aside.

Take a pan then add some oil in it , when oil become hot add the boiled mushroom and fry them for few minutes in high flame and keep aside.

Hot a pan then add the oil in it then add the chopped onion and fry them for two minutes in high flame.

Then add the chopped capsicum in to the fried onion and cook it for another two minutes on high flame .

Then add the ginger garlic paste in to the cooked onion and capsicum and cook them for two minutes in high flame .

Then add the red chilli powder and black papper powder in to the cooked masala and cook for another two minutes in high flame.

Then add the boiled mushroom in to the cooked masala and cook them for two minutes in high flame on the gas oven.

Then add the salt and sugar in to the cooked mushroom and cook for till the oil split from masala and mushroom and off the gas oven.

Serve this recipe hot in a serving plate with hot roti or hot paratha for a satisfying meal. This recipe is a very healthy and also testy.
