This is a dry fry item made from mushroom which is cooked with lots of scraped coconut. It is cooked in the Jain style with no onion and garlic and is topped with curry leaves and asafoetida. The dish is best served with rasam and rice.

Take the mushroom, wash and clean it and chop it into pieces, chop the onion and the ginger slices. Slit the green chili and take an orange for fresh juice and dry coconut powder
