STEP : 1
Take the mushroom, wash and clean it and chop it into pieces, chop the onion and the ginger slices. Slit the green chili and take an orange for fresh juice and dry coconut powder
STEP : 2
Heat oil in a kadai and fry the mushroom well along with the onion and ginger and green chili till they are tender, add salt and red chili powder.
STEP : 3
Add the coconut powder to the kadai and mix it very well with the rest of the content as shown.
STEP : 4
Add the orange juice mixed with water into the kadai and cook well and then it is ready to be served once the gravy thickens.
