STEP : 1
Take the spinach leaves, wash them very well and clean it and then chop into small pieces as shown. Cut and wash the mushroom and then chop it into 4 pieces as shown.

Heat oil in a kadai and fry the onion, garlic, the colored bell peppers and sprinkle some salt and cook them well till the vegetables soften.

Add the soya sauce, chili sauce and the black pepper powder to the kadai and cook well so that it mixes thoroughly with the vegetables.

Add the spinach to the kadai and then let it cook in the kadai and mix it well with the mushroom.
STEP : 5
Now add the mushroom pieces to the kadai and then mix it well with the other ingredients and cook till it blends well.
STEP : 6
Add half a cup of water and then cook well with all the ingredients , once all the gravy is dried it is ready to be served with spring onion toppings.
