STEP : 1
Wash the mint leaves and clean them well. Wash and clean the mushroom and baby corn and dice them into small pieces. Peel the garlic and slit the green chili.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the garlic cloves to the same and fry it till they turn golden brown in color.

Add the baby corn pieces, add some salt and then continue to fry well by stirring so that the baby corn is softened.

Now add the green chili and mix well with the rest of the ingredients and fry for 2-3 minutes by stirring.

Add the mint leaves paste to the kadaia and mix it well with the rest of the contents and stir thoroughly.

Now add the mushroom pieces and the sugar and stir and let all the masala blend very well. Cook for a minute or two.
STEP : 7
Add half a cup of water and let all the ingredients boil in simmer in the water. Once they are boiled add the freshly prepared coconut milk and then the dish is ready to be served.
