Murungai keerai soup is a tasty and healthy soup. It is very easy to make at home. It take very less time to cook. It is good for the maintain of the immunity and health.
Ingredients
Murungai Keerai Soup
- 1.00 cup Drumstick Leaves
- 1.00 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1.00 nos Clove
- 0.50 nos Pattai
- 3.00 glass Water
- 1.00 tbsp Salt
- 1.50 tbsp Honey
Instructions
Murungai Keerai Soup
- First take the Drumstick Leaves stick, And Pick the Leaves from the Sticks, Then Wash the Drumstick Leaves in a water.
- Now take a one Kada now in this add 2 to 3 glass of water, Add 1 Spun – of turmeric powder, Add 1 – Clove, Add 1/2 Pinch of Pattai, 1 – Spun of Salt.
- Now cook this in a medium flame up to 10 to 15 minutes, The Water contents have to reduce 2 glass of water into 1 Glass.
- After boiling this for 15 minutes now switch off the stove, And Separate the ingredients from the kashaya, as i shown in the below image.
- Now the healthy and Energy Drumstick kashaya is ready to serve, Serve this in hotly, If some want they can also add the Honey, it’s a optional.
