It is one of my favorite curry ,this is a very yummy side dish of keralites along with rice and chappathi . This is very easy to make and we can make this quickly at home . It requires very less ingredients with lot flavors of taste .

Ingredients of Muringakaa manga curry

0.25 kg shallots
0.25 cup curry leaves
1.25 cup mustard
1.00 tbsp dried red chilly
1.00 no green chilly
0.25 tbsp turmeric powder

Place it on flame and let it cooked . meanwhile clean the drumstick and mango peel off its skin and cut it to small pieces.

Then take a blender or mixer put half of shallots to it , one piece of garlic , perumjeerakam and coconut to it .

Grind it well using little water to it and we need a smooth paste of coconut , mean while check whether the dal us cooked or not .

I like enjoying currys , best recipe for rice, roti, chapati. Today I got one more healthy, tasty curry. I am hearing this for the first time. Best to be served for afternoon, also for dinner, morning breakfast. This is so healthy and tasty, much immunity building food for all aged people.
