Ingredients of Muri ghonto

0.50 kg fish head pieces
2.00 no onion
1.00 no ginger cube
1.00 no garlic
0.50 cup gobind bhog rice
0.25 tbsp caram masal
0.50 tbsp salt
4.00 tbsp oil
0.25 tbsp turmeric powder
0.25 tbsp red chili powder
