STEP : 1
cut the onion very small. also cut the tomatoes small. chop the green chillies finely. take fresh and washed curry leaves. and two cups of mung bean sprouts.

STEP : 2
now take a pan and add oil in it and heat. then add fresh curry leaves , finely chopped green chillies and small sliced onion into oil. stir and fry it well.

STEP : 3
after the onions are fried till brown in colour add the small sliced tomatoes in it. fry them until the mixture become juicy.

STEP : 4
now all the mixture is stirred well and flavours are mixed together so add half tablespoon of turmeric powder and salt as per taste in it and again mix well.

STEP : 5
now all the ingredients are mixed well now its time to add mung bean sprouts in the mixture. add sprouts, mix well and place a plate over the pan and let the mung bean sprouts to be cooked for five minutes.

STEP : 6
after five minutes remove the plate from top and again mix it well. now the mung bean sprouts are ready to eat so serve it hot and garnish with some fresh coriander leaves.
