We are all like to eat vadas but we stuck about the deep fry oil dishes about our diet and health issues,so that i used to make vada recipe with different and healthy ingredients of whole multi grains such as black eyed peas,green moong dhaal and chana dhaal and urad dhaal as how they are good and healthy even they are deep fried.

Ingredients of Multigrain masala vada

1.00 cup Black Chick Peas
1.00 cup Whole Green gram
1.00 cup Black Eyed Bean
3.00 no Onions
3.00 no Green Chillies
3.00 no Curry Leaves
2.00 tbsp Coriander Leaves
1.00 tbsp Crushed garlic pods
1.00 tbsp Rice Flour
0.25 tbsp Hing
0.75 tbsp Salt
2.00 cup Oil

Multigrain masala vada

Wash and soak the grains at least for 6 to 8 hours in plain water and drain out the water for preparation,

Then add required salt for this ingredients and add 1 tbsp of rice flour and add a pinch of hing which helps to easily digestive for the in take of grains and millet,and knead well

Heat a pan and add 2 cups of refined oil for deep frying,when oil gets hot make the kneaded flour as round and flat dough like vada and deep fry it,

Deep frying the vada on both sides till it turn to liht brown color by put the fire as slow fire cook which helps to get boil and get crispy

When the vada gets boiled on both sides as crispy and soft,this is the time to remove it from the flame and serve hot with any type of sauce or with chutney,
