STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare health mix powder we need ragi, urad dal,moong dal, channa dal,cumin seeds, peanuts , roasted gram , green gram dal,cashewnuts, badam,dry ginger,barley,raw rice,wheat.

Turn on the flame, place a tawa add two cups of ragi and saute it for few minutes till the aroma arise.

Add a cup of moong dal, saute it for few seconds until the raw smell goes away and transfer it in a seperate plate.

Add a cup of wheat, saute it for few seconds until the raw smell goes away and nice aroma comes in.

Add a cup of badam, saute it for few minutes till it turns light brown color.

Add two tablespoon of cumin seeds, fry it for few seconds till the nice aroma comes in.

Add 8 to 10 cashews , fry it till it turns golden brown color and transer them in a seperate plate.

Add a cup of roasted gram , saute it few seconds till it color changes then transfer it in a plate.

Add a cup of peanuts, fry it for few seconds till it color changes and transfer it in a bowl.

Add a cup of sabudhana or sago, saute it for few minuteswhen slightly color changes transfer in a bowl.

Add a cup of raw rice, saute it for few minutes until it gets puffed and transfer in a plate.

Add a cup of channa dal, saute it for few seconds till the nice aromatic smell comes in.

Add a cup of barley rice, saute it for few minutes till the nice aromatic smell comes in.

Add a cup of uradl dal, saute it for few minutes till the raw smell goes away and transfer them in a plate.

Add a cup of green gram dal, saute it for few minutes till it color changes and transfer it in a plate.

Add one and half inch dry ginger piece and make it a small pieces before that saute it for seconds.

Now all these ingredients pour it in a cloth and allow it to cool for few minutes (NOTE:Ragi and dal should soak it for under 10 minutes before sauting).

Now combine all these ingredients , you can leave it on sunlight for a day for better results.

Take a blender or mixie jar for making fine powder, add some amount of the multigrain grain cereals.

Now blend it for few minutes until it turns fine powder and add the remaining mixture and do on the same way.

For making health drink, add two cup of water in a vessel and bring it to boil.

Take 2 to 3 tablespoon of health mix powder in a seperate bowl for making a batter.

Gradually add a water , make a nice consistency batter without any lumps by using spoon.

Add a thin batter in a boiling water and mix it thoroughly for few minutes for good smell.

Add a tablespoon of sugar or salt or jaggery or organic cane sugar as you prefer and mix it.

When it nicely boils , turn off the flame and allow it to cool for few seconds and transfer it in a serving glass and serve it.
