Ingredients of Mullangi chutney
STEP : 1
First Peel the skin of tender radish and slice into small or medium sizes, and slice two medium size onion, tomatoes and peel the skin of 4 garlic pods.

Heat a pan add two table spoon of oil, and add garlic pods, green chilly and red chilly. curry leaves fry well in medium flame.
STEP : 3
After fry these ingredients well now add sliced onion in to it and fry well by adding a pinch of salt into it.

After onion fries well add sliced tomatoes and saute well for three minutes, and remove from flame and keep it cool for grinding.

In that same pan add the radish and saute well till the water contents of radish fully absorbs, frying this will removes the light spicy into it.

Take a mixer jar and now add the onion and tomatoes mixture into it grind it well into fine paste by adding little water.
STEP : 7
In the same jar add the fried radish into it and and grind it in to a fine paste by adding small ball size tamarind salt and needed water into it.
STEP : 8
Heat a pan add oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves and add the grounded pastes of onion, tomatoes and radish mixtures and serve hot with breakfast recipes.
