first Cut the roots of the greens and discard it. Wash keerai in water and put Turmeric powder a pinch than wash.

Now you need to chop the mulai keerai finely and it should be like this.

Now take the ingredients Small Onions , cloves garlic , dry red chilly , tomato.

Now you need to take the moong dal and soak for 2 to 3 sec.

Now you need to take the cloves garlic and Mash the cloves garlic like this.

Now you need to heat the pan and add 2 tsp oil into the pan.

Now you need to add the Mustard seeds into the pan and wait for 1 to 2 mins.

Now you need to add the chopped Small Onions into the pan.wait for 5 mins.

Now you need to add the mashed garlic cloves into the pan and mix it well.

Now you need to add the chopped tomato into the pan wait for 4 mins.

Now you need to add the dry Red chillies into the pan and mix it well.

Now you need to add the water into the pan. Don't add more water into the keerai.

Now you need to add the Salt to taste and than mix it well.keep the flame high.

Now you need to close the lid for 4 to 5 mins.Keep the flame high.

Now you need to open the lid and leave it for 4 to 5 mins.

Now you need to add ghee into the Mulai Keerai and than mix it well.

At last When the water gets half boiled you need to switch off the flame .
