hi friends,Mulai Keerai Kootu is very good for our health and it will helps in weigh management.Improve the hair texture and prevents hair loss.It is very easy to prepare.Every one need to have this Mulai Keerai Kootu.

Ingredients of Mulai Keerai Kottu

2 cups Mulaikeerai half Bunch
10.00 tbsp Small Onions
1.50 cup Moong Dal
0.25 tbsp Asafoetida powder
0.50 tbsp Turmeric Powder
2.00 tbsp Oil
1.00 tbsp salt
1.00 tbsp ghee
1.00 cup water
5.00 no dry red chilli
1.00 tbsp mustard seed
1.00 no tomato
5.00 tbsp closer garlic
