  • 2.00 cup morola maach
  • 0.50 nos coconut
  • 6.00 nos green chili
  • 4.00 tbsp rai
  • 2.00 tbsp salt
  • 1.00 tbsp sugar
  • 4.00 tbsp mustered oil
  • 1.00 nos kolapata
  • 1.50 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 0.25 nos tomato sliced

  • cut and wash the tiny morola maach properly and marinate it with turmeric powder and salt and keep aside for sometime.

  • wash the banana leaf throughly and cut into two half and after greesing with little oil roast each half on low flame for 1 minute constantly turning its side on flame.

  • next make a thick paste with white and black rai (mustered seed), salt and green chili on a mixer grinder with the help of little water

  • make the coconut grated and crushed into smallest and finest pieces so that it taste smooth and mix well with the steamed fishes

  • then mix the marinated fishes with the mustered paste, grated coconut, salt , turmeric powder ,green chili and sugar all together
