STEP : 1
Wash mourola fish at least 4 5 times. Then marinate it with half teaspoon of turmeric powder and pinch of salt. Keep it a side for 10 minutes.

Now take one tomato and grind it to make a paste. Also grind one onion to make a fine paste, grate ginger and take 3 -4 green chili.

Heat mustard oil in a kadai. Add pinch of salt in heated oil. Clear fully add mourola fishes one by one for deep frying.

Transfer the fried mourola fishes in a separate plate. Add half teaspoon of lemon juice over the fishes. And keep it for another ten minutes.

Now heat 1 tablespoon of mustard oil in a kadai. Add the paste of onion and saute it until oil gets start separated from it.

After that add the paste of tomato, grated ginger and green chili and saute it for 2 3 minutes. Then add turmeric powder, salt as require and pinch of sugar.

When the masalas are completely fried add 2 cup of water and bring it to boil. Then slowly add the fried mourola fishes.

Cook it for 2 minutes on a low flame otherwise the mourola fish may break. Add chopped fresh coriander leaves in a low flame.
STEP : 9
Mix well and turn off the flame. Take a serving plate and serve hot mourola macher jhal and garnish with green chili and coriander leaves.
