Ingredients of Motichoor ladoo
STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare motichoor laddoo, we need gramflour,sugar,green cardamoms,orange food color ,lemon juice and oil for fry.

Turn on the low flame,place a vessel add 2 and half cup of gram flour slightly roast it .

Gradually add little bit water to prepare smooth batter ,mix it without any lumps using spatula.

Prepare a thin batter ,it should not be too thick consistency, it should be pouring consistency.

Add orange food color ,you can add red food color ,adding food color is optional.

Now the batter color has changed completely ,batter is ready to fry then keep it aside for few minutes.

Take a thick aluminium foil sheet , many utensils will not give perfect shape ,take a required foil sheet.

You can use ready made aluminium foil bowl ,if you feel difficult to made at home.

Now by using needle or pin make small holes in a bowl for pouring purpose.

Turn on the flame ,place non stick tawa ,add half litre refined oil and let it heat for few minutes.

Pour the batter in aluminium foil and move it up and down fastly,make sure oil should be very hot.

Now fry it for 30 seconds,don't over fry it ,while taking out the boondi,keep the flame in low.

Transfer the boondi in a strainer or tissue paper so that the excess oil will drain out completely.

Turn on the flame,place a long vessel to make sugar syrup add one cup of sugar .

Add 3/4th cup of water then stir it for few seconds till the sugar dissolves.

Add 2 to 3 green cardamom seeds, if you not prefer like this add half tablespoon of green cardamom powder.

Squeeze a drop of lemon juice on a boiling sugar to avoid the formation of crystallization of sugar.

Once the sugar turns string consistency turn off the flame and let it cool for few seconds.

Now add strained boondi into sugar syrup and mix it completely then cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.

Cook it in low flame ,then close the lid for 5 minutes so that the sugar syrup can blend with boondi nicely.

Open the lid ,grease a little bit ghee or butter and make a round shape perfectly,you can add few cashews ,pistachios,melon seeds if you prefer .
