Sugar syrup preparation

STEP : 1
Now take the pan and then add the one cup of the water in the pan and switch on the stove

STEP : 2
Now take the sugar and add the one cup of the sugar in the water and boil well untill syrup comes

Now take the elachi powder and add the one tbsp of the elachi powder in the sugar syrup and mix well
Boondi preparation

First of all take the bowl and add the one cup of the basin flour and then keep aside as shown in the image

Now take the one small cup of the water and add them in the basin flour as shown in the image

Now prepare the batter as shown in the image with out any lumbs in the middle and keep aside

Now switch on the stove and keep a pan and add the oi for deep fry as shown in the image

Now take the prepared batter and add them as a bhundi with bhundi maker and fry them well in the oil

Now take the fried bhundi in to a plate and then keep them aside untill sugar syrup is prepared

Now take the dry fruits a like kaju and kiss miss add them in the bhundi mixture as shown in the image

Now take the small portion and prepare like the laddus as shown in the image with the hand and keep aside

Now take the serving plate and serve the tasty and delicious moti choor laddu in the plate ,thats it very easy to prepare
