It is a famous curry in India especially in Kerala.This curry is good for cooling the body.it is also very good for health.it is very tasty curry.It can be prepared very easily.It is used as a main curry with rice.

Ingredients of Moru curry

0.50 liter curd
1.00 no coconut
0.25 kg yellowcucumber
1.00 no smallonion
2.00 no garlic
0.25 tbsp turmericpowder
0.25 tbsp fenugreek
0.25 tbsp mustardseeds
1.00 tbsp curryleaves

0.50 cup water
2.00 tbsp oil
0.25 tbsp cumin
0.25 tbsp salt
