Ingredients of Moru curry
STEP : 1
Take about half kg curd.We can buy it in plastic cover.Then take about 1/4 kg yellow cucumber and take both of them separately.

Then was the yellow cucumber properly in clean water for many times.Then cut the yellow cucumber into very small pieces and take it in a plate.

Then take some grated coconut,green chilly,turmeric powder,small onions and garlic in a plate.A pinch of turmeric is only needed.A little cumin is also added.

Then cut the curd cover and pour it to a suitable utensil.Make sure that it is washed properly.Be careful that curd is not flown out.

Then take the grated coconut,small onion,turmeric powder and cumin and grind it properly.Make sure that you grinded till it become a paste.

Then take cut pieces of yellow cucumber in a proper utensil.Then take some green chilly and cut it into two halves and start to cook it.

Then take a pan and add two spoon of oil.Then add some mustard seeds,a red chilly,some fenugreek and curry leaves.Heat it.

Then add the grinded paste into this pan.Add about half cup of water also into the pan and add a pinch of salt.

Then put it in flame for about 15 minutes.Then allow it to cool and transfer it to a beautiful utensil.Your kachiya mooru is ready.
