Morog Pulao
- 0.25 kg chicken pieces
- 4.00 cup steamed rice
- 2.00 cup onion chopped
- 1.00 cup ginger garlic paste
- 1.00 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1.00 tbsp pulow masala
- 4.00 nos tej patta
- 3.00 nos red chilli
- 1.00 tbsp garam masala
- 2.00 tbsp keora water
- 0.25 cup oil
- 1.00 tbsp salt
- 1.00 tbsp sugar
- 0.25 tbsp turmeric powder
Instructions
Morog Pulao
- Cut and clean the chicken properly. steamed the rice properly and keep aside. onion, ginger, garlic,red chilli powder, polow masala, tej patta, dried red chilli, garam masala and keora water all those things bring together and keep aside.
- Chop the onion finely and paste the ginger garlic smoothly and all those things bring together for cooking tasty murg pulow.
- Hot the pan and add some oil in it , when the oil become hot then add the chopped onion and some salt in it and fry the onion.
- Then add the tej patta and ginger garlic paste add the drird chilli all those things cook for five minutes in high flame.
- Then add the chicken and pulow masala and salt and sugar then cook for ten minutes in low flame on the gas oven.
- Then add the steamed rice keora water and cook for two minutes in high flame till the chicken and rice is fried.
- Then add the garam masala and red chilli powder and cook for another five minutes in high flame till the pulow is cooked.
- Serve hot in a serving plate and garnish with curd. This recipe is combining a meat with rice , for a compiete meal.
