Ingredients of Moroccon chicken
STEP : 1
Take the chicken and wash it very well and then clean it and marinate with salt, vinegar and turmeric powder.

Chop the onion into large slices and also peel the ginger and garlic and cut them into thin slices. Slit the green chili.

Take some saffron for flavor. Set aside cumin and coriander seeds for the masala and adequate amount of tomato puree so that the gravy is well formed.

Heat the oil in a kadai and then add the marinated chicken pieces and fry them very well so that the chicken starts to become tender.

Continue to fry the chicken till it turns brownish on all sides, add the red chili powder and mix it thoroughly with the chicken. Cook in simmer.

Heat er in anothe rkadaia nd add the cumin and coriander leaves. Fry the ginger and garlic slices along with the onion and green chili. Add a pinch of salt.

Once the onion is fried and turns pinkish in color then add the tomato puree and chicken pieces and mix it well, also add the black pepper powder and cook it till the chicken mixes well.

Once the chicken becomes tender the dish is ready to be served and then is put in a serving bowl and then served with grate dcheese garnishing.
