Ingredients of Moongdal cake
STEP : 1
First of all take the moong dal and soak them for 5 to 6 hours and then grind them like a fine paste.

now take the wide pan and place a wet cloth over the bowl and add the water in the pan and switch on the stove.

and place the bowl with the wet cloth in the pan and prepare the steamed moong dal cake as shown in this step.

now take the knife and apply the oil to the knife and cut them in to very small pieces like as shown.

now take the pan and add the oil for the deep fry of the cut down pieces and fry them in the oil until they change brown.

now take the onions and clean them well and cut them in to very small pieces and then take the tomato and keep aside.

now take the another pan and add the oil in the pan and switch on the stove and fry the bay leaf and coves and then add the onions.

now take the sesame seeds and kaju and groundnuts and coconut pieces and make like a thick paste and keep aside paste.

now take the tomato pieces and make fine paste of the tomato and add that curry in the onions and fry for 5 minutes.

now add the salt for the taste and then mix well once and then add the turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste and fry for 5 minutes then add the above prepared paste.

now take the green peas and boil them well in the before and add them in the gravy and mix well once.

now take the one cup of water and add them in the gravy and cook well for the 5 minutes by keeping the lid.

now take the fried moong dal cakes and then add them in the gravy like content and mix well and cook for 5 minutes add garam masala.
