STEP : 1
first you need to take the ingredients raw rice , moong dal , red chillies.

STEP : 2
Now you need to Wash and soak the rice ,dal for 15 to 20 minutes.

STEP : 3
Now you need to chop the onion and than the onion should be like this.

STEP : 4
Heat oil in a cooker and than put 1 tsp of Ghee keep it in low flame.

Now you need to add mustard seeds , ulundu dal in the cooker ,wait for 1 sec.

Now you need to add the Asafoetida power than mix it. keep it in high flame.

Now you need to add the dried red chillies than mix it. keep it in low flame.

STEP : 8
Now you need to add the curry leaves in the cooker keep it in low flame than mix it.

Now Add the soaked moong dhal, raw rice in the cooker keep it in low flame.

Now add the 2 cups of water in the cooker.Than keep it in high flame.

Now add the Salt to taste and than mix it, keep it in high flame.

Now you need close the cooker for 10-15 mins than keep it in high flame.

Up to 2 to 3 whistle or until well cooked.than open the cooker and add coriander leaves.

Now you need to add ghee into the cooker and than mix it well for 2 sec.
