hi friends,pasi paruppu arisi upma is very good for our health.It is very easy to prepare and it is very simple.Every one like to have this pasi paruppu arisi upma. Using a simple ingredients we can prepare this pasi paruppu arisi upma.

Ingredients of Moong dal upma

1.00 cup raw rice
1.50 cup Moong Dal
2.00 tbsp Ghee or Oil
1.00 tbsp asafoetida powder
2.00 sprigs coriander leaves
2.00 cup water
1.00 tbsp salt
2.00 no onion
0.50 tbsp Mustard seeds
0.50 tbsp urad dal
5 nos dried Red Chillies
0.50 tbsp urad dal

Moong dal upma

first you need to take the ingredients raw rice , moong dal , red chillies.

STEP : 1

Now you need to Wash and soak the rice ,dal for 15 to 20 minutes.

Heat oil in a cooker and than put 1 tsp of Ghee keep it in low flame.

Now you need to add mustard seeds , ulundu dal in the cooker ,wait for 1 sec.

Now you need to add the curry leaves in the cooker keep it in low flame than mix it.

Now Add the soaked moong dhal, raw rice in the cooker keep it in low flame.

Now add the Salt to taste and than mix it, keep it in high flame.

Now you need close the cooker for 10-15 mins than keep it in high flame.

Up to 2 to 3 whistle or until well cooked.than open the cooker and add coriander leaves.

I don't like upma actually. But, I tried this Moong dal upma, it is very tasty. Now I eat this upma as breakfast. Whenever it's look like to go college in the morning I cook in a few minutes and then eat. It takes less time to cook.
