The Moong Dall Soup with some other ingredients , and the method of preparing the soup is really helpfull for the weight loss , and this soup is equalent to the one time meal , and it is too healhy food without any fat content .

Ingredients of Moong dal soup

1.00 tbsp Oil
1.00 tbsp Onion
0.50 cup Moong dal
0.50 cup Water
1.00 no Tomato
1.00 cup Carrot
2.00 tbsp Black pepper

Firstly we have to take a one bowel in this we have to add 1 spun of oil, and make it heat in a medium flame ,then add the chopped onion to fry.
