Indian snacks are versatile with sweetness and extra added rich spice flavours. Among one of those the spice rich liked by all ages is moong dal mixture or hesarbele mixture . Which is very much easy which can be made at home and stored for a period of one month. Its a healthy snacks in the evening which can even be added to the chats while serving or you can have it with tea or coffee.we are going to use yellow moong dal which is light and easy to digest . Among all the dal this has low carbs pulses available. Yummy and easy spicy snack .

Ingredients of Moong dal namkeen

1.00 cup Moong daal
1.00 tbsp Salt
1.00 tbsp Garam Masala
1.00 tbsp Chat Masala
1.00 tbsp Chilli powder
1.00 cup Oil for fry
2.00 cup water for soak

Moong dal namkeen

After cleaning the moong daal , take one big pan /bowl add some water and soak it well at least 4 hours so that there will some color so when you soak it color will be remove and all dirty partical will be remove.

Once soaked 4 hours strain the water totally and put it on cloth that all the water get drained, so that once all the water get drained out it will be easy to fry.

Once oil heated completely keep it in low flame and add completely drained moong daal and fry it deeply and it turn in to a golden color.
