STEP : 1
Take one bowl of moong dal and clean it properly and it should not contain any dust or other particals. Moong dal is very good for health and take moong dal qty based on your requirement and number of serves.

Take one spoon of chilli powder, the using of chilli powder in this recipe is giving a good flavor and color and taste purpose and add chilli powder based on the qty of moong daal.

Take one spoon of chat masala powder , the using of chat masala powder in this recipe is giving a good flavor taste purpose and add chat masala powder based on the qty of moong daal.it will give a good taste.

Take one spoon of Garam masala powder , the using of garam masala powder in this recipe is giving a good flavor taste purpose and add garam masala powder based on the qty of moong daal. it will give a good taste.

Take one spoon of salt , and when you adding the salt careful and add it as per the taste. add some amount of salt and taste it and add again if required because in chat masala and garam masala also have salt content

After cleaning the moong daal , take one big pan /bowl add some water and soak it well at least 4 hours so that there will some color so when you soak it color will be remove and all dirty partical will be remove.

Once soaked 4 hours strain the water totally and put it on cloth that all the water get drained, so that once all the water get drained out it will be easy to fry.

Once oil heated completely keep it in low flame and add completely drained moong daal and fry it deeply and it turn in to a golden color.
STEP : 9
Deeply fry the moong daal as per the note and dont fry too much then it will turn in to black and be careful when you fry the moong daal because oil is heated in high flame.

Once moong daal fried well and it turn in to the black color remove the moong daal and put in to the pan ( dry pan) use paper in bottom of the pan it will help you to moong daal get dry easily.and mix all the ingredients, Salt,garam masala,chat masala and mix it well.
