Moong Dal Kootu

  • 1.00 cup moongdal
  • 2.00 nos lemon
  • 2.00 tbsp oil
  • 2.00 nos redchillies
  • 2.00 nos greenchillies
  • 1.00 tbsp termericpowder
  • 1.00 tbsp redchillypowder
  • 1.00 tbsp musteredseeds
  • 1.00 tbsp gera
  • 5.00 nos curryleaves
  • 2.00 tbsp garlics

Instructions
 

Moong Dal Kootu

  • first of all take the moong dal and fry that dal in the pan with out adding any oil like a dry roast
  • now after that take the bowl and wash tht dal well with the water and add the one glass of water and green chillies
  • boil the moong dal untill it cooks well like a soft one and then add the termeric powder and mix well
  • now take the red chilly powder add that 1 tbsp of powder in the dal and mix well and cook it for sometime so that the raw smell will gone out
  • now take the smasher and smash the boiled moong dal like a fine paste and then keep aside for 5 minutes
  • now take the one tbsp of chanadal and red chillies and garlics and gera and black gram in the plate and keep aside
  • now take the all fried ingrediants and add them in the boiled moong dal and mix well untill all mixed well
  • now after that take the lemons and cut them in to half and add the lemon juice in the dal and mix well and now take the serving bowl and serve the tasty and delicious moong dal and lemon combination recipe thats it tasty dal is ready to serve
