Ingredients of Moong dal kootu

1.00 cup moongdal
2.00 no lemon
2.00 tbsp oil

1.00 tbsp gera
5.00 no curryleaves

Moong dal kootu

first of all take the moong dal and fry that dal in the pan with out adding any oil like a dry roast

now take the red chilly powder add that 1 tbsp of powder in the dal and mix well and cook it for sometime so that the raw smell will gone out
