The Kachoris are yummy to eat and it has great taste when stuffed with Moong Dal . These Kachoris are crustier . In the winter season , it is delicious to make the Moong Dal and have a good time with family . Stuffing for kachoris can be prepared with many ways .

0.50 cup Green Gram
1.00 tbsp Dry Mango Powder
0.25 tbsp Green Coriander leaves

First we prepare dough , So , take all purpose flour and add 4 tablespoon oil to it .

It is yummy recipe..In my cooking experience, it is the lovely one snack...I never tried such recipes at home...but I will cook now...all the ingredients are easily available at home...it takes hardly an hour to cook....This is the most popular road side snack that it is found mostly across north India, specially parts of Rajasthan..all steps are well defined along pictures....I am sure my family will like it...thanks to share it...

This is little bit tough to cook because it takes some time (45-60)min. But the taste is awesome. There is no words to say how it will be. I was really happy with this dish.
