For Flour Preparation

STEP : 1
First we prepare dough , So , take all purpose flour and add 4 tablespoon oil to it .

STEP : 2
Now , add the half table spoon of salt to the all purpose flour .

Mix salt and oil to the all purpose flour well and knead a soft dough for kachoris with the help of water . Rest it for 15 minutes .

Now we make kachoris . So, take the dough and make round balls of the dough in the size of a lemon .
For Kachori Preparation

STEP : 1
For making the green gram Kachori , we require the ingredients , such as gram flour , all purpose flour , green gram soaked for two hours and little grinned , Asafoetida , green chilli , dry mango powder and some other things .

STEP : 2
Now prepare the stuffing for kachoris .So, Place a pan on flame and add 2 tbsp of oil to it .

STEP : 3
When oil gets little hot , add Asafoetida to the oil into the pan .

STEP : 4
Now add cumin seeds and fennel seeds to the oil and fry it for some seconds .

After the seeds are fried well , add finely chopped green chilies and grated ginger to the pan .

Now add one-fourth tbsp of red chili powder and 1 tbsp of garam masala to the pan .

STEP : 7
When the spices are fried well , add salt as per your taste to the pan .

Now as all the spices are mixed well , add 5 tbsp of gram flour to the pan .

Fry the gram flour is fried , add the grinned green gram to the pan . The moong dal should not be grinned much as a paste , rather it should be little grinned .

After the grinned moong dal is mixed with spices well , add dry mango powder to the pan .

With the mango powder , also add finely chopped green coriander leaves to the pan and mix these well .

Now the stuffing is ready to make kachoris . Turn off the flame and take out the green gram stuffing in a bowl to cool quickly .

Now take a ball of dough and roll it with rolling pin in the size of a Puri .

Now take the round sheet of dough on hands and place 1-2 tbsp of stuffing to it .

Now close the stuffing from all the sides and press it gently , the nice and thick kachori is ready . Likewise prepare rest of the kachoris .

Place a pan on flame and little heat the oil to fry kachoris . Put the kachoris in the oil and fry them by flipping sides on low to medium flame .

STEP : 17
Now , fry the kachoris by flipping its sides continuously until it gets brown in colour .

STEP : 18
When the kachoris are fried well and appears brown in colour . Take them out on a plate .

STEP : 19
Now , in the same manner , make rest of the kachoris and turn the gas off .

Now the crispy and yummy green gram kachoris are ready to serve . You can serve them with any chutney , tea or coffee , or any curry .
