STEP : 1
Initially soak the green dal one day before. Allow that for soak atleast 12 hour. We can soak the before night and prepareat morning.
STEP : 2
then grind that green dal with the following ingredients. Take green chillies, ginger and coriander leaves as required grind that with green dal.
STEP : 3
grind partially after that add required amount of salt in to the green dal flour. Then add little amount of water into that.
STEP : 4
make the flour as dosa consistency. Also that flour should be very liquid. Make sure that the flour is grind into very fine flour.
STEP : 5
now add rice flour in to the green dal flour so that we can take the green dal flour as very easily. If you did not add this rice flour you cannot take from the dosa tawa
STEP : 6
take dosa tawa. After the tawa heat add oil. Then pour the flour in to the dosa tawa. Make the flame in medium.
STEP : 7
after 5 min turn off the dosa in to another side. That dosa will be roast and it will take 10 min to boil wait until that.
