its a very yummy & tast dessert & mouth watering dessert.. we need all ingridients like yellow moong split, butter & ghee, sugar, water, dry fruits,thats all , this dessert is very famous in all over india,& everyone likes this sweet very delightly.thanks done my description,,

Ingredients of Moong dal dessert

2.00 cup Split yellow moong dal
1.00 cup butter ghee
1.00 cup sugar
2.00 cup water
2.00 tbsp saffron
2.00 tbsp cardamom powder
4.00 tbsp dry fruit almond raisins

I created first tasty & delicious split yellow moong dal dessert. with dry fruits, first step is split yellow moong dal washed properly then drenched split moong dal for 6 hours.

8th step is now i am preparing sugar syrup on another side. Take a frying pan & turn on the heat & 2 cups of water add & 1 cup sugar add & mix it well & add also cardamom powder & saffron & stir it well & boil it for 5 mins.
