Mooli or radish sabzi is special indian vegeterian dish. All group age people like these spicy curry and specially for womens.It is instant dish with less time consuming. Households prepare these for their family members as a night dish.

Ingredients of Mooli ki sabzi

0.50 tbsp Garam masala
1.00 tbsp poppy seeds
0.50 tbsp Black pepper powder
0.50 tbsp Red chilli powder
0.50 tbsp Turmeric powder
1.00 tbsp Mustard seeds
1.00 tbsp Coriander powder
3.00 no Red chillies
0.50 tbsp Cumin seeds
1.00 tbsp Ginger strips
2.00 tbsp Garlic cloves
0.50 tbsp carom seeds
2.00 tbsp Oil
0.50 tbsp Salt

Mooli ki sabzi

The key ingredients to prepare Radish sabzi,we need , Radish,red chillies,ginger,cumin seeds, garam masala,poppy seeds,coriander powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,garlic cloves,carom seeds,mustard seeds,hing,oil and salt.

STEP : 1

Now wash the three nos of radish completely and peel the skin,cut into small pieces.

Initially add two tablespoon of poppy seeds or gasa gasa and let it fry in medium flame.

Turn off the flame,allow the spices to cool and then add the spices in a blender.

When it is semi grounded to make a smooth pasta ,add a little bit of water.

Turn on the flame,place a pan add two tablespoon of oil and let it heat.
