STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare Radish sabzi,we need , Radish,red chillies,ginger,cumin seeds, garam masala,poppy seeds,coriander powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,garlic cloves,carom seeds,mustard seeds,hing,oil and salt.

Now wash the three nos of radish completely and peel the skin,cut into small pieces.

Initially add two tablespoon of poppy seeds or gasa gasa and let it fry in medium flame.

Add a tablespoon of red mustard seeds in low flame and let it fry few seconds.

Add half tablespoon of carom seeds in low flame and let it fry few seconds.

Add a tablespoon of cumin seeds in very low flame and let it fry in medium flame

Add three nos of red chillies or green chillies in a low flame ,let it fry

Turn off the flame,allow the spices to cool and then add the spices in a blender.

When it is semi grounded to make a smooth pasta ,add a little bit of water.

Blend the spices for few seconds ,our spicy masala paste is ready and keep aside

Turn on the flame,place a pan add two tablespoon of oil and let it heat.

Add two tablespoon of finely chopped garlic cloves and let it fry for few seconds.

Add a tablespoon of finely chopped ginger strips and let it fry for few seconds.

Add the radish pieces and saute all these and let it cook for few minutes.

Add a tablespoon of salt or as per taste along with the radish and mix it .

Add the blended masala paste spices along with the semi boiled radish and mix it completely.

.Add half tablespoon of turmeric powder for a taste along with the cooking mixture .

Add a tablespoon of coriander powder and saute the cooking mixture completely for few seconds.

Add half tablespoon of garam masala powder and saute the mixture completely for few seconds.

Add half tablespoon of red chilli powder and saute it thoroughly and let it cook few seconds.

Add half tablespoon of crunched black pepper or black pepper powder and mix it completely.

Add few finely chopped fresh coriander leaves or cilantro and mix it completely for few seconds.

Turn off the flame,Our tasty Mooli ki sabzi is ready to serve then transfer it in serving bowl.
