STEP : 1
first we take the muli and clean it using the water and after cleaning the muli we cut the muli in small size properly.
STEP : 2
Now we take the bangen and clean it properly using the water. after cleaning the bangen we cut it in small size.
STEP : 3
now we take the rest ingredients in a bowl in proper required amount and also take the curd in a bowl.

Now we take a pot and heat the oil in it. after heating the oil we drop the cutting green chili in it first.

Now we take the cutting bangen and muli and mix it in the heated oil and cook it at the low temperature.

Now we mix all the rest ingredients in the pot in which muli and bagen it mix first and cook it again few minutes.

Now with in the few minutes it is going to the cook properly and it is cooked at the low temperature.

Now when it is cooked properly then we mix the few amount of water in it and cook it one to two minutes again.
STEP : 9
Now finally we mix the curd in it at last of cooking and cook it max two minutes only at the low temperature.

Now with in the two to three minutes the tasty mix muli bangen ki subji is cooked properly and it is ready to the serve.
