Take a banana flower and cut into small pieces, and soak into haldi mixed water. On a other pan fry the shrimps and set aside. In that same pan add oil and put jeera.lal mirch,and bay leaf. Then add the banana flower pieces and cook for some time. add ghee ,garam masala. ready to serve

Ingredients of Mochar ghonto

1.00 no Banana flower
10.00 no shrimps
1.00 no potato
0.50 cup tomato
0.50 tbsp ginger paste
0.50 tbsp cumin powder
1.00 no bay leaf
0.50 tbsp turmeric powder
3.00 no green chili
1.25 tbsp salt
0.50 tbsp whole garam masala
1.00 tbsp garam masala powder
0.50 tbsp ghee
1.00 tbsp sugar

Mochar ghonto

Chopped the banana flower ( mocha ) into small pieces and soak it in turmeric powder for sometime so that its bitterness reduced.

Now in that same pan add little more oil, heat it, then add bay leaf, whole garam masala, tomato one by one.

Add hand smashed chopped mocha in it, and cook it in low flame until the raw flavour of mocha gone and quantity reduced. if required put lid on kadai so it soften easily.
