STEP : 1
Cut the cauliflower florets, peel and slice the carrots as shown in the image, chop the beans and remove the skin from the green peas. Chop the bell peppers (3 colors), slice the onion and garlic and slit a green chili.

Take the red chili and dry roast it in a tawa as shown in the figure till it turns brownish in color.

Remove the stems from the roasted red chili and then grind the same in a mixture grinder into a coarse powder.

Set aside the freshly ground red chili powder to be added to the gravy and get the taste of the Hunan Sauce.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the garlic cloves, sliced onion and the green chili and fry them well till the onion softens.

Add the carrots and fry them so that they become tender in nature and add a pinch of salt for taste.

Now add the cauliflower florets and the green peas to the kadai and fry them well to mix it with the rest of the ingredients.

Add the green chopped french beans. Fry them with the rest of the vegetables and cook till they become tender.

Now add the colored bell peppers. Mix it with the rest of the contents and fry them well so that it becomes tender.

Now add the freshly ground chili red flakes to the kadai and mix it well with the vegetables and stir. Add a spoon of vinegar.

Now add 2 cups of water and add a spoon full of corn flour to the kadai and cook in simmer till the vegetable boils. After the vegetable boils and the gravy thickens, it is ready to be served.
