STEP : 1
Heat a pan add some water an d add some washed tomatoes to bring it boil for five minutes or just as the water get boiled.

Then remove from that water and brings to cool and peel the skin of the tomatoes and add it into the mixer jar and make a smooth tomato puree.

Scrape out the skin and chop the given vegetables such as drumsticks.gawar beans and french beans and potatoes into small cubes.

Heat a pan add some water and add chopped vegetables and add some salt and pinch of turmeric powder and bring them to boil.

For Seasoning: Heat cooking pan add some oil and add some mustard seeds.cumin seeds and chopped garlic and some curry leaves.

Then add the extracted tomato puree which was already prepared by boiling those tomatoes and stir well till the raw smell completely goes out.

Then add 2 table spoon of red chilly powder and stir well till it mixes well together to that tomato puree.
STEP : 8
Then add the boiled vegetables such as gawar beans.french beans.potatoes and chopped drumsticks and mix well together till it mixes well itself.

Bring them to boil those vegetables by adjusting needed salt and needed water for few minutes.finally garnish coriander leaves and serve hot with hot plain rice.
