- 2.00 cup Mixed Sprouts
- 0.25 cup Ginger
- 0.25 cup Garlic Cloves
- 1.00 cup Onions
- 0.25 cup Grated Coconuts
- 0.25 tbsp Mustard Seeds
- 0.25 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 4.00 nos Green Chilies
- 0.25 cup Curry Leaves
- 1.00 cup Tomatoes
- 0.5 cup Coriander Leaves
- 1.00 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 0.5 tbsp Garam Masala
- 1.00 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 0.5 tbsp Turmaric Powder
- 1.00 tbsp Kitchen King Masala
- 0.25 cup Oil
- 1.00 tbsp Salt
Instructions
Mixed Sprouts Recipe
- Soak a cup of mixed lentils for 5 to 6 hours or overnight for making sprouts,you can even buy quick or ready made sprouts.
- After 5 to 6 hours , mixed lentils is well soaked then spread it in a cotton or white cloth and let the water will drain completely and wash it.
- For making masala puree ,turn on the flame,place a pan ,add two tablespoon of oil.
- Add peeled five nos of ginger pieces and saute it for few seconds,let it cook.
- Add five nos of garlic cloves along with the ingredients and let them cook for few seconds.
- Add a cup of onion cubes and saute it for few cooks let it turns transparent.
- Add half cup of shredded or grated coconut to make them a fine and smooth paste.
- Turn off the flame and allow them to cool then add in a blender jar.
- Blend all those for few seconds till it turns creamy texture and seperate it in a bowl.
- Turn on the flame,place a pan ,add two tablespoon of oil then add mustard and cumin seeds.
- Add a cup of onion cubes and saute it for few cooks let it turns transparent.
- Add half sliced green chillies for more spices along with the onions and fry it.
- Add few curry leaves along with the fried ingredients and let it splutter few seconds
- Add a cup of tomato pieces ,saute it and leave it till it turns soft.
- Add the blended masala puree and mix it completely ,let it cook for few seconds.
- Add half tablespoon of cumin seeds powder and some more water and let it boil.
- Add finely chopped half cup of coriander leaves and let it cook for few seconds.
- Add all the masala spices like red chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala then a pinch of turmeric powder.
- Add a tablespoon of kitchen king masala to increase the taste of the curry,let it boil.
- Add the mixed sprouts along with these curry and transfer in a cooker and leave it for 4 to 5 whistles.
- After 4 whistles turn off the flame,when the pressure comes down completely slowly open the lid.
