- 2.00 nos Banana
- 1.00 nos Mango
- 0.5 cup Papaya Slices
- 2.00 tbsp Honey
- 0.25 tbsp Black Sesame
Instructions
Mixed Fruit Smoothie Recipe
- Wash and scrape out the skins of fruits such as banana,papaya and mango,and slice them as small cubes.
- Add those sliced fruit slices such as banana,mango and papaya into a mixer juicer jar.
- Blend well the added fruits in high speed till it comes to soft and smooth,do not add any water with them.
- Then pour the blended fruit smoothie to a serving glass and topped with some honey and roasted black sesame serve chill.
