Mix vegetable sabji
STEP : 1
First take fresh 500 gms Chori. Here chori should be of good quality. Wash it properly with clean water for 2 3 times.
STEP : 2
Now take out thin chori and cut them into small pieces & take out beans from thick chori. Then mix both beans and small pieces of chori into a vessel.

Now take pieces of chori in a plate. Take 5 7 Bringle, 4 5 Green mirchi and 1 2 tomato into plate.

Now take beans and pieces of chori into a bowl and add 3 4 cups of water. Now take a Potato and cut it into small pieces and add into bowl.

5- Now cut all bringles into medium pieces and sock them into water otherwise it will get blackish color. Take 2 tomato and cut them into medium pieces in small plate.

Now take a cooker and wash it properly with clean water and make it dry. Now put cooker on gas stove.

Now take 4 tbsp Veg. Oil into cooker and put on the gas stove at medium flame and let be heat the oil properly.

After heating of oil properly add finely chopped pieces of Green mirchi & Garlic. Let them fry for a minute at slow flame up to it get light brown color.

Now add beans and small pieces of chori into cooker and mix it. Add œ cup of water and close the cooker. Cook it up to 2 whistles.
STEP : 10
After 2 whistles close the gas stove and remove hot air from cooker . Open the lid of cooker and let cool down the content. For 5 minutes.

Now add medium pieces of bringles and tomato into cooker. Then add 1 tbsp of salt, 1 tbsp of sugar and œ tbsp of lemon juice.

Now add 1 tbsp coriander powder and 1 tbsp Kitchen king Masala, œ tbsp of red chili powder into cooker.
STEP : 13
Now Mix the whole content with big spoon properly with soft hand. Add 3 tbsp of water. Close the cooker and cook it up to whistles at medium flame.
STEP : 14
After 3 whistles close the gas stove and open the lid of cooker after 5 minutes of cooling. Check the taste of curry and if require anything add it. Mix it properly with soft hand. Now Curry of chori is ready to serve in serving plate.
