STEP : 1
first of all take a big bowl 2 cup of wheat flour, den add salt 1spoon, 1 spoon red chilly powder, den kneaded very well.

STEP : 2
second step is prepared a douge with wheat flour inculed salt &red chilly powder..its paratha very health because all veggiess mixed.

take a little bit pepared douge den rolling the roti small first den find oil in between roti den fill the crushed veggiess den fold the roti very well .den rolling again &dilute the paratha.

STEP : 3
after rolled the roti completly den find ghee l the tava den find the paratha on tava .flip one side &den cook another side. den paratha had crispy now get a big plate.and serve this paratha.

STEP : 4
served the paratha with yougurt &tomato sauces. thanks done my yummy &crispy paratha. i hope you like this paratha . this paratha good for health. &very soft to eat.
