Mix Veg Manchurian – A Flavorful & Healthy Dish For Mix Veg Manchurian
Mix veg manchurian is delicious and yummy recipe and its very soft, nutritious and tasty also. Everyone like to eat this recipe especially kids favorite dish.
Ingredients
Fried Veg Ball Ingredients
- 1.00 nos Carrot
- 0.25 cup French Beans
- 0.25 cup Cabbage
- 0.25 cup Green Capsicum
- 0.25 cup Corn Flour Starch
- 2.00 tbsp Maida Flour
- 0.75 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1.00 tbsp Salt
- 2.00 cup Oil
- 0.25 tbsp Coriander Leaves
Manchurian Ingredients
- 1.00 nos Onion
- 1.00 nos Green Chilly
- 0.5 tbsp Ginger
- 3.00 nos Garlic Cloves
- 0.50 tbsp Spring Onion Greens
- 0.50 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2.00 tbsp Red Chilly Sauce
- 2.00 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
Instructions
Fried Veg Ball Preparation
- Take and scrape out veggies such as carrots,french beans,capsicum and cabbage as thin slices.
- Take a wide mixing bowl then noW add those fine chopped cabbage and French beans to them.
- Then now add some fine chopped carrot slices and also add some fine chopped capsicum to them.
- Mix well all the fine chopped and addedveggues to them till it mixed well together and it starts to release some water in it.
- In that chopped veggies add two to three tbsp of corn starch flour and two to three tbsp of all purpose flour maida to them.
- Then now add half a tbsp of black pepper powder and then add enough salt for them.
- Mix well all the ingredients together using a hands and give some waiting time for releases the excess water
- Then now sprinkle some water into them,and mix well and knead well for few minutes,tillnit comes to soft batter.
- Then now take some small quantity of prepared veggies ingredients and roll them like a small ball sized dough.
- Then now heat a thick bottomed frying pan and then add two cups of oil to them.
- When the oil gets hit then now place those prepared ball sized veggies dough as one by one.
- When the added veggies ball comes to fried on one side then flip them to another side and brings it to fry for some more seconds.
- Keep on frying for few seconds till it attaubs light golden brown color,keep the flame slow to prevent from Browning.
- When the added veggies balls comes to fell cooked and well fried and then remove from oil.
- Then place the deep fried veggies balls to a kitchen paper to filtering excess oil from them.
For Making Manchurian Preparation
- Then now fine chop some garlic pods,fine chop some ginger,and also fine chop some spring onion greens and fine chop one onion and coriander leaves too.
- Take a small mixing bowl add three variety if sauce such as red chilly sauce,soy sauce and Tomato ketchup.
- Mix well using a spoon and mix them well for a few seconds,and keep them aside.
- Take another small mixing bowl add one tbsp of corn starch flour and add some water to them and mix well to make a thin corn starch paste.
- Heat a frying pan add two tbsp of oil and add some fine chopped ginger,fine chopped garlic and fine chopped green chilies to them and saute well.
- Then now add some fine chopped onion to them and stir for a few seconds till it comes to translucent.
- Then now add those well miked and kept mixture if three sauces to them and stir well in medium flame.
- Then now add some water to them and stir well for few seconds,make a continuous stir to prevent from lumps formation.
- Then now add those already prepared thin corn starch flour paste to them and stir well continuously.
- Then now add half a tbsp if black pepper powder to them and stir well for few seconds.
- Then now add little salt for them,and be aware about added soy sauce has salt in it.
- Then now place those already prepared and deep fried crispy veg balls to them as one by one on this sauce mixture.
- Then now mix slightly to coat the veg balls to that prepared Manchurian sauce and give a simple stir without breaking the veg balls.
- Then now sprinkle some fine chopped coriander leaves and add some fine chopped spring onion greens over them and remove from flame and garnish well serve hot.
